Harriette E. Robinson

Age 85, of Flannery Apartments, Elmira passed away unexpectedly at St. Joseph?s Hospital Tuesday, November 15, 2005. She was born June 27, 1920 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late Archie and Ruth (Putnam) Comfort. She is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, George E. Robinson; daughters, Barbara R. Stevens of Elmira, NY; Linda A. (Robert) Burns of Farmington, NY; son, David P. (Kathy) Robinson of Savona, NY; along with 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; niece, Janet Brusso (James Behrens) of Macedon, NY; family friend, Sandra K. Oliver of Elmira, NY. Harriette and her husband co-owned and operated H. R. Ceramics while living on Grand Island, NY. She was a lifetime member and past matron of the Harmony Loyal Chapter OES. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Friday, November 18, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Funeral and committal services will follow the visitation. (8:00 PM) The Reverend William Gottschalk-Fielding will officiate.
