Henrietta B. Williams Age 88, of Elmira, NY passed away at Elcor on Friday, April 12, 2002.Henrietta was born on October 6, 1913 the daughter of the late August and Henrietta Getz.She is survived by: daughters: Shirley (Gary) Sowers of York, PA and Lois (Robert) Yattaw of Saugerties, NY, grandchildren; Jeffrey (Jean) Sowers of Spring Grove, PA, Susan (Brian) Grove of Dillsburg, PA, Katherine (Michael) Grugnale of Rochester, NY, Nancy Yattaw Haines (William) of Spencerport, NY and David (Kimberly) Yattaw of Rochester, NY, 8 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.Henrietta was predeceased by her husband Morris Williams and her brothers.She was employed for several years at Utilities Contractors and was an officer of their Corporation.Henrietta was a member of the Loyal Chapter #265 Order of the Eastern Star and a member of the Court of the Amaranth No. 22 Star.She was also a member of the Westside United Methodist Church.Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY 14904 on Monday, April 15, 2002 from 7 to 8:30pm.The funeral will be held at the conclusion of the calling hours at 8:30pm.Gary Sowers will officiate.Interment will take place on Tuesday, April 16, 2002 at 11am in the Shady Lane Cemetery in Chinchilla, PA.In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Westside United Methodist Church, 744 West First Street, Elmira, NY 14905 or to the Loyal Chapter #265 O.E.S. 1206 S.
