Henry A. â??Al�? Warters

Age 86 of Horseheads, NY, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2005 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center.Al was predeceased by his wife, LaMae L. Warters in 1997, and his brother, Lynn Warters.He is survived by his daughters, Linda (Brien) Heisey of Douglasville PA and Jeanne (Gary) Caccia of Horseheads, NY; sister, Marcella Elliot; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.Al was a member of the Carpenter?s Union Local #532-281 for 64 years, a member of Centenary United Methodist Church for 28 years, and a Trustee of the church for 26 years. He worked in the woodworking shop at American LaFrance Corp. for over 40 years and enjoyed woodworking in his spare time.Family and Friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 from 1:00 to 3:00 and 5:00 to 7:00 PM with Funeral and Committal Service there Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM.Reverend Joseph Kim and Reverend Keith Kissel will officiate.Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, NY at the convenience of the family.Those wishing may leave a ?Candle of Remembrance? for the family in Obituaries at www.olthof.com .
