Irene M. Stevens

Age 88 of Horseheads, NY, passed away Friday, December 3, 2004 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility. She is survived by her sons; Garry (Carole) Stevens of Elmira, NY and David (Tina) Stevens of Horseheads, NY, daughters; Connie (Michael) Elston of Rocky Mount, VA, and Pamela Stevens of Elmira, NY, grandchildren; Beth, Derek, Alicia, Wendy, Seneca, Jada, and Erin, 8 great grandchildren; sister; Marion Walls of Madrid, NY and several nieces & nephews. Her husband, John Stevens, predeceased Irene on February 10, 2004. She was a 1940 graduate of the Arnot Ogden Nursing School and a retired Registered Nurse for the Chemung County Nursing Facility.Family and Friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Monday December 6, 2004 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Burial will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery Horseheads, NY at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The Southern Tier Hospice & Palliative Care,11751 E.
