BUSIA, Iva JeanOf Jobs Corners, PA Died unexpectedly on March 15, 2012.Iva Jean was the daughter of the late Dewey and Ruth Wilson Hamilton.Iva Jean spent her life raising her children and grandchildren on a dairy farm with her husband, John.She was an active member of her community.She was a member of the Jackson Center UM church, serving in many capacities.She loved flowers and was a part of her local garden club.Iva Jean was passionate about genealogy.She was a member of the Wellsboro chapter of the DAR and served as a past Regent. Her hands were always busy doing for others, cooking meals and sewing.For many years she won awards at the Whitneyville Fair.She also was an avid reader and loved to travel. Iva Jean is predeceased by her husband, John, and her sister Lillian Hamilton. She is survived by her children:Mary Ellen (Bruce) Hotter, Nick (Linda) Busia, Bruce (Susan) Busia, Teresa (Tom) Kurtz, Irene Busia, and Dr. Kathleen (Bradley) Kasper;her grandchildren Jeremy Sheive, John Hotter, Jill Ososkie, Michael Busia, Jennifer Busia, Meggan Busia, Evan Kasper,and Darby Kasper; great-grandchildren Kara and Kelly Sheive, Mason and Jaxson Nugent, and RJ and Colin Ososkie, her sister, Ruby Woodland along with many nieces nephews and close friends. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday March 19, 2012from 1-3 and 5 to 6:30 with the funeral to follow.Pastor Jennifer Wolf will celebrate Iva Jean's services.
