Jacquelyn C. Barnes

Jacquelyn C. Barnes Age 64, born August 30, 1952 in Elmira, the daughter of the late Archie G. and Mary E. (Jones) Hollenbeck, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 3, 2017 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Bernard Barnes; beloved daughter and son-in-law, Jetti and Brian Ostrander of Elmira, NY; adored granddaughters, Kayla and Alexis Ostrander; along with several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins. Jacquelyn was a Veteran of the US Army and proudly served her country. She retired from the Chemung County Department of Social Services with over 25 years of dedicated service. Private services will be held at the convenience of her family.
