Of Elmira, NY passed away very unexpectedly on Saturday, May 30, 2015. He is survived by his children: James Ryan Jr. and Carlia Ryan of Elmira, NY; father: Tom Ryan of Horseheads, NY; mother: Diane Bliss of Manassas, VA; brothers: Jack (Brenda) Brewer of Elmira, NY; Mike (Kelly) Ryan of Horseheads, NY; along with many aunts, uncles cousins and friends to list. James loved spending time with all the family and children, turning wrenches and being a prankster. Private services will be held at the convenience of his family.
