James S. PotterAge 48, of Elmira, NY. Went to be with the Lord on Tuesday June 26, 2012. He is survived by his children; Samantha and Tyler Potter; parents, Donald W. & Phyllis A. (Stalter) Potter; sisters, Ronda Cady and Brenda (Russell) Robinson; brother, Craig (Rebecca) Potter; former wife, Julie Potter; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, also his companions, “Buddy” and “Romeo”. James retired from the United States Navy Sub Force. He was an avid New York Giants and New York Mets fan. The family will receive friends at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira/Southport on Monday July 2, 2012 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM with Funeral and Committal Service there Monday at 5:00 PM, Reverend Robert Briggs will officiate.
