Jenn E. Hamilton

Jenn E. HamiltonAge 91, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in Glencoe, AL. She was the daughter of the late Homer E. and Vera K. (Hay) Brotzman of Elmira, NY. Born March 12, 1923 in Elmira, she attended local schools and Ithaca College. On May 19, 1945 she married Loren V. Hamilton, Jr. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Elmira. Her husband survives her, also son Loren V. "Pete" (Bonnie) Hamilton of Kailua, HI; daughter, Susan H. (William) Nichols of Gadsden, AL; son, Guy Henry (Marsha) Hamilton of Kaneohe, HI; brother and sister-in-law, Linn S. and Harriett Brotzman of Elmira; sister-in-law, Helen H. Wilbur of Moravia, NY; niece, Sue Milazzo of Corning, NY; nephew, Mark Brotzman of Fairport, NY also survive her. She and Loren have 2 grandsons, Taylor M. and Scott M. Hamilton of Kailua, HI. Jenn was a member of (DAR) Daughters of the American Revolution and pursued the hobby of family genealogy for many years resulting in the compilation of several family histories done by both Jenn and Loren. She also was a member of clan Hay and many other genealogical and historical societies. She was a former communicant of Trinity Episcopal Church of Elmira. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service honoring Jenn's life on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at the Jackson Center United Methodist Church Jackson Center Road Millerton, PA 16936 at 1:00 PM. Pastor Lauren Bissonnette will officiate. Interment will take place on Thursday, July 16th at 11:00 AM in Job Corners Cemetery.
