Crater, Joan D. age 61 of Warren, Ohio formerly of Elmira; Passed away Sunday, December 17th, 2023. Joan is the daughter of Franklin and the late Joan (VanHorn) Crater. In addition to her father she is survived by her siblings: Franklin (Diane) Crater of Florida, Chuck (Marianne) VanHorn of Florida, Richard VanHorn of Elmira James Crater of Elmira, Shawn (Machelle) Crater of Elmira, Christopher Crater of Warren, OH & fiancé Tracey L. Glenn Sr. Along with several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her mother Joan VanHorn Crater; Brother: Michael VanHorn; Nephew: Franklin Crater III. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
