John Dewane Allen

John Dewane Allen Jr. Age 75, was born November 30, 1941 in Sayre, PA the son of the late John Dewane and Elsie (Miller) Allen Sr. passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital. His sister, Lynn preceded him in death. John is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Joyce (Christian) Allen; beloved children: Dona-Maria E. Allen of Elmira, NY; John Dewane Allen III also of Elmira; Aliza McFall of Kersey, PA; along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers: David (Cheryl) Allen of Newport, OR; Tim (Debbie) Allen of Missouri; Mark Allen of Oregon; sister: Julie (Randy) Hubbard of Cortland, NY; along with many nieces and nephews. John retired from Trayer Products after 15 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. At his request there will be no services. Arrangments have been entrusted to the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY.
