John R. Jack Lattin Sr.Age 76 of Elmira, NY passed away Tuesday May 6, 2008 at St. Josephs Hospital, He is survived by his wife Pamela J. Lattin, daughters Deborah A. (Bill)Gunderman Donna (Dave) Backus, Danielle (Rob)Pedrick, Sons John Lattin Jr., Steven (Tammy) Lattin, Keith (Terri) Lattin, Dennis (Lois) Lattin, and Christopher Pedrick. 17 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren, sister Lillian Dashno, brothers, Ed Mitchell and Clifford Mitchell, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.Special lifelong friend Bob Cloos. John was predeceased by his first wife Isabelle Lattin. He was a retired Truck Driver for Agway Pet Food Division, Waverly, NY and a avid hunter.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave, on Friday May 9, 2008 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM with Funeral and Committal Service there Friday evening at 8:00 PM the Reverend Mary Ann Bernard will officiate. Graveside service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in Maple Grove Cemetery, Horseheads, NY.The family would like to thank the Doctors and staff of St. Josephs Hospital for the wonderful care given to John during his stay..
