John R. Lido

Age 92 of Elmira, NY, born November 19, 1924 in Elmira to the late John and Katherine (Hamula) Lido, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at home. He was predeceased by his son, John. He is survived by his wife, Connie (Selewach) Lido; daughter, Kathy (Ray) Cook with their sons, Dakota Cook and Gary (Celeste) DeDominick with their sons, Benjamin and John; daughter, Mary Theresa (Frank) Bock with their son, Jeffrey (Teresa) Bock with their children, Ellionna and Finnley; son, Gary Michael (Tina) Lido with their step daughter, Michelle (Ben) Jackson with their son, Zack; and son, Jerome (Joyce) Lido with their son, Jay. John retired from the Elmira Police Department as Deputy Chief of Police with 35 years of service. At his request there will be no services.
