Jolina "Jerry" Klesa

Jolina Stermer Klesa “Jerry”Age 90 Of Horseheads, NY passed away on Thursday June 12, 2014 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira. Was born on August 7, 1923 in Elmira, NY the daughter of Charles and Marion (Bradt) Stermer. She is survived by her children; Linda (Richard) Turner, and James J. Klesa; 8 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great greatgrandchildren; daughter in-law, Beth Frycek Klesa; sisters, Charlene Parrow and Esther (Tom) Margeit;Brother’s in-law, George Frazer and Robert Rugaber.Predeceased by husband Ford Klesa in 2006, son Gary Klesa in 1999. Jerry was Regent of New York State D.A.R. She started and led the Golden Eagles 4 H Club. Jerry was a Home Demonstration Leader. She taught Sunday School and sang in the choir at St. Mathews Episcopal Church. She was a talented Artist. After her children were raised she became a Real Estate Salesperson. Interment will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery, Horseheads, NY on Friday at 11:00 AM.
