Joseph C. Kopson

Age 83, of Troy, PA passed away on April 15, 2005 at the Bradford County Manor, PA.He was born September 10, 1921 in Philadelphia, PA. Joseph served in the U.S.M.C. 4th Marine Division during WWII.He retired from the Bensalem Twp. School District.He was predeceased by his wife Edna Kopson in 1996. Joseph is survived by daughter Charlotte Catherman, 3 grandsons and great grandchildren; brother, Robert Kopsitz and his wife of Cape May, NJ; special friends he spent much time with, Don, Betty, Walter and Polly Wright, Robert and Ad Burnham.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Tuesday, April 19, 2005 from 6 to 8 PM.Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Reverend Don Rockwell officiating.Interment immediately following in Gillett Cemetery, Gillett, PA.
