He is survived by his beloved mother, Teresa Rought; loving and devoted wife, Charlotte (Morgan); sons, Mike Rogers, Joe Rogers and James; daughters, Yvonne and Cindy; sisters, Narda and Thelma; brother-in-laws, Ronnie and Al; along with relatives several nieces and nephews.
