Joyce E. Ellis

Was born February 16, 1931 in Elmira, NY the daughter of the late Jay and DeEtta (Jewell) DeDraw went home to be with her Lord on Friday, March 2, 2007 at the Lee Memorial Hospital Health Park in Fort Myers, FL at the age of 76. Her brother, Jay S. DeGraw and twin-sister, Joan Westervelt predeceased her. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 56 years, Robert R. Ellis of Fort Myers, FL; beloved children, Katrina (Mark) Chisholm of St. Petersburg, FL; and their children, Heather J. and Hillary J. Chisholm; Robert J. (Sharon L.) Ellis of Fort Myers, FL; and their children, Robert J. II, Kristen, Eber and Shawn; David C. Ellis of Elmira, NY; and his children, David M. and Danah M. Ellis; brother-in-law, Norman Westevelt of Nichols, NY; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Joyce retired from the Shell Point Retirement Community as a unit secretary after 16 years of dedicated and faithful service. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY 14904 on Friday, March 9, 2007 from 11:00 to 12:00 (noon) Funeral services celebrating her life will follow the visitation at noon.
