Joyce M. Seelye

Was born February 15, 1925 in Rochester, NY the daughter of the late George and Angelina (Espenmiller) Curtis went home to be with her Lord peacefully on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center at the age of 88. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Edward L. "Bunt" Seelye who passed away November 2, 2001. She is survived by her beloved sons, Edward C. (Karen) Seelye of Tioga, PA; Richard D. (Debora) Seelye of Millerton, PA; Larry A. Seelye of Elmira, NY; David B. Seelye of North Carolina; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; special friends, Mark and Lois Mood, Ella Kipfrel, Donna and Rick Powell; along with several other friends and her church family; feline friend, "Pootsie". Joyce was a faithful member of the Millerton Wesleyan Church and will be dearly missed. Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service honoring Joyce's life at the Millerton Wesleyan Church5174 Main StMillerton, PA 16936 on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 6:00 PM. Her pastor and friend the Reverend Laurie Greenlaw will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to Millerton Wesleyan Church.
