Julie Marie Stanton

Julie M. Stanton Age 58, of Elmira, NY left peacefully on Saturday, June 17th, 2017 to join her sister, Joann and brother, Jimmer. She was born May 12th, 1959 in Elmira, NY. Julie is survived by her parents, James A. and Nancy (Westlake) Stanton of Elmira; siblings, Michael (Judy) Stanton, Rita (Rick) Piendel, Daniel Stanton, and Robert Stanton; nieces and nephews, Stacey (Butch) Rhoads with children Jaxon and Kenzie, Richard Piendel Jr., Brian, Owen, Kristen, and Rebecca Stanton; and special Aunt Mary (Scott) Rhode. Julie was a graduate of Southside High School. She loved watching NASCAR racing, The Buffalo Bills and soap operas. She was very caring and generous and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 13 Beech Street, Johnson City, NY 13790. A calling hour will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 12 PM to 1 PM with a memorial service to immediately follow at 1 PM at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira.
