Juliette O. ShawAge 96 of Southport, NY. Passed away Tuesday, April 29th, 2008 after an extended illness at the Chemung County Nursing Facility. She is survived by her son and daughter in law: David and Kathy Shaw of Elmira, NY, and her daughter and son in law: Karen and Ed Seelye of Tioga, PA; grandchildren Teresa Shaw, Patty and Mike Root, Kelly and Michael Burt, Michael Shaw, Elaine Seelye; great grandchildren: Joshua and Nicholas Root, Kaleb, Noah, and Jonah Burt,Christopher and Kyle Shaw. Along with several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband D. Leigh Shaw and son Edward Shaw. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.Juliette was best known for her familiar face at the Danny Discount where she worked for many years. She was very proud of her beautiful flower garden and loved to bake her cookies for everyone. She will be missed by all those whom had the privilege of knowing her.
