Tobey of Corning NY, cousin Betty Mott of Florida, and several other cousins, nephew, Franklin Tobey of Latham, NY, Good friends Eunice Beach, Gale Blanchard, Darlene Woodruff, and close companion HappyThose wishing may make memorial to Chemung County Human Society, because of her love of animals.Retired from Thatcher Glass Manufacturing after 30 years of service, enjoyed fishing in her younger years. Enjoyed playing cards.It was Junes request that there be no calling hours and a Private Funeral be held at the convenience of the family.
