Katherine F. Luce

Age 86 of Elmira, NY, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY.She is survived by her loving son and daughter in-law; Peter and Linda (Flaherty) Luce of Boston, MA, niece; Mary Jo Henry of Ballston Spa, NY; close and dear friends; Bee Stephens and Alice Clawson, both of Elmira, NY, and many Flaherty in-laws in the Boston, MA area.Her mother Lena Fix and brother Robert Fix predeceased Katherine. She was a graduate of Elmira College, a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and a retired teacher with 38 years of service.Katherine taught in Greene and Waverly NY, and in Elmira NY at Parley Coburn School and Southside High School. Family and Friends are invited to call at the First United Church of Christ, 160 Madison Ave., Elmira on Tuesday, May 27, 2003 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM with Funeral Service there at 10:00 AM.The Rev. Howard L.
