Katherine J. Strader

Katherine J. “Kathy” Strader, 61, of Elmira, NY died peacefully on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at the St. Joseph’s Hospital comfort care. Kathy was predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Miriam (Edgcomb) Strader and her brother, Leslie Strader. Kathy is survived by her sister, Ellen (Ansel) Grover; her brother, John Strader, both of Elmira, NY; special nephew, Michael Grover; special aunt, Diane Strader; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends from the ARC of Elmira, NY. Kathy touched everyone in a special way with all her love. Thank you to the St. Joseph’s SNF and to the Sunday school teachers and class at the Elmira Christian Center for all their help and loving care they gave to Kathy all her life. A memorial service will be held at the Elmira Christian Center, 235 E. Miller Street, on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 1:00PM.
