Age 98, formerly of Millerton, PA, passed away in The Green Home in Wellsboro, PA, on Wednesday, August 10, 2005.She was born March 15, 1907 to Henry and Nellie (Corcoran) Niles in Tioga, PA, and lived most of her life in Millerton, PA.During World War II, she was a bomb site inspector at the Eclipse.She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Hugh Houser; sister, Mame Entz; brothers, Walter, Roy Harry, Jerome, George (Pete), and Frank Niles.She is survived by her son, William of Millerton; daughter, Ellen (James) Good of Big Flats; granddaughters, Anne Houser of Millerton; Elizabeth Rosen of Los Angeles; Katheryn Good of Tarrytown, NY; grandson, Matthew Good of Dallas, TX; and several dear nieces and nephews.She was a member of the Millerton United Methodist Church in Millerton, PA.It was Katheryn?s request that there be no prior calling hours.A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at her church on Saturday, August 20, 2005 at 11 AM, with Lay Pastor Jennifer Wolf officiating.Memorial donations in her name may be made to the Millerton United Methodist Church, PO Box 177, Millerton, PA 16936 or to the Jackson Township Parks and Recreation Dept., PO Box 48, Millerton, PA 16936.Arrangements entrusted to Olthof Funeral Home, Inc.
