Was born October 11, 1942 in Elmira, NY the son of the late Henry K. and Catherine (Buck) Carrigan, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving and caring family. His special friends, Lou Wallitt and Stan Barber also precedeed him in death. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Linda (Kline) Carrigan; beloved daughters, Tina (Charlie) Arcovio of Radcliff, KY; Kaylee (Timothy) DePue of Elmira, NY; adored grandchildren, Sonya, Stacy, Kevin, Josh and Samantha; much loved great granddaughters, Keegan, Brianna and Peyton; brother, Henry (Debbie) Carrigan of Lakeland, FL; special friends, Alice Wallitt, Dave Hicks, Joe Navaro and Kris Barber; along with several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Kenny was a dedicated friend of Bill W. for 27 + years. He retired from the Elmira Fire Department as Deputy Chief after 37 1/2 years of dedicated service. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY on Friday, March 9, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:30 to 8:30 PM and on Saturday, March 10 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Funeral services honoring his life will take place on Saturday at 11:00 AM in the First United Church of Christ 160 Madison Avenue Elmira. The Reverend Hubbard will celebrate Kenny's services. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to First Care, the American Cancer Society, the Alzheimer's Association, the First United Church of Christ or to a charity ofone's choice.
