Kevin Teeter

Kevin Teeter1967-2008Age 40 of Elmira, NY. Was blessed into his savors open arms, Sunday, May 25th, 2008 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. His mother Ethel Allen Teeter, grandmothers Maude Teeter and Mary Allen, predeceases him. Kevin is dearly missed by his father Wilkie Teeter, Sister: Cynthia Ann Teeter; sister and brother in law: Sherry and Thomas Neal of Ohio; Aunts Doris Burgess, Arlie Siler both of Elmira, Ruth Teeter of Horseheads, a host of special cousins and family. Kevin also leaves behind the loving congregation of the Elmira Wesleyan Church that he gave his heart to. Kevin will best be known for his cheerful smile, and his willingness to help. Wherever there was a hand that was needed, Wilkie, Kevin and Cynthia were there. Kevin took great pride in the volunteer work he did for the Chambers Church and Campground, the Elmira Wesleyan Church and the many families that have been served by one of Kevins many acts of kindness. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Elmira Wesleyan Church, 1100 South Main Street, Elmira, NY; Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held privately for the family. Interment will be in the Bradford County Memorial Park, Luthers Mills, PA. The Reverends Gary Mammarello and Edward Crandall will officiate. A Public Memorial Service will be held at a later date, when additional family members are able to be present.Kevin will always be remembered for his acts of tremendous kindness, and selfless approach to life.
