Glosenger, Kimberly Jo OfBinghamton, NYAge 40, was born March 13, 1973 in Sayre, PA to Steven V. and Susan C. (Hugg) Glosenger, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, November 4, 2013 after fighting a courageous battle with diabetes. Prior to spending her last days at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, she was so pleased to be able to be at her home with her cat, "Yahtzee". She is survived by her loving mother, Sue (Hugg) Glosenger of Binghamton, NY; beloved brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Meghan Glosenger of Albany, NY; maternal grandparents, Gladys and Thomas McLean; paternal grandparents, Marion and A. Carl Glosenger; best friend, Patty Searles of Waverly, NY; God sons, Jeremy Jr. and Mahkya Searles; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. Kimberly was a faithful member of the Faith Tabernacle Church graduated from Faith Tabernacle and was a 1991 graduate of the Faith Tabernacle School. She was a M.O.P.S. Teacher as well as a candy striper at both St. Joseph's Hospital and the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Kim was an avid Buffalo Sabres fan with # 30 Ryan Miller as her favorite and was also a New York Yankees fan with Derek Jeter # 2 as her favorite. She loved all of the Gaither Homecoming Videos and especially loved Mark Lowry who autographed many videos and photographs. Kimberly was also an accomplished photographer herself. She also loved the ocean and going to her favorite spots, Assateague Island and Chincoteague; she loved white seals and herrings too. Kimberly loved to bake and cook and took wonderful care of her former cats, "Butterscotch", "Puff" and "Pepper". Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Kimberly's life on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the Faith Tabernacle Church 155 Lenox Ave. Horseheads, NY 14845 at 10:00 AM. Reverend John Stutzman will officiate. She will be laid to rest privately at the convenience of her family in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
