L. Christine Stafford

L. Christine Stafford, 84, long-term resident of Millerton, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at The Green Home, Inc. in Wellsboro, PA. She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard "John" Stafford; daughter, Rita Wallace; parents, Dorothy (Betty) and Dale Dapp. Christine is survived by her loving children, Donna "Kathy" (Richard) Tolbert and Lisa (Douglas) Kipferl; grandchildren, Jon, Timothy, Gunter and Brigitte; great-grandchildren, Shane and Devon. Christine retired from the St. Joseph’s Hospital after 42 years of dedicated service. She was a member of the Millerton Wesleyan Church. Christine was famous for her baking; she loved to bake cookies for her grandchildren and spending time with her family. Calling hours will be held at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira/Southport, NY on Monday, December 19, 2016 from 2 PM to 4 PM with Funeral Services to follow at 4 PM.
