La Drue V. Wheeler

LaDrue V. Wheeler, “Dewey”Age 78 of Millerton, PA passed away on Sunday December 1, 2013at Soldiers and Sailors Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on February 5, 1935 the son of the late John and Murna Wheeler. LaDrue is survived by his wife and best friend of 58 years, Gladys F. Wheeler; children, Helen at home, Susan (David) Shaw of Elmira, NY, Gary (Emma) Wheeler of Lawrenceville, PA, William (Dawn) Wheeler of Dundee, NY, and Laurie (Brian) Clark of Millerton, PA; also 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; sister, Dalores Austin, of Millerton; brother, Shirley Wheeler of Millerton; sisters in-law, Judith Wheeler of Millerton and Mary Wheeler of Elmira, NY. Along with his parents his brothers, John and Keith Wheeler, predeceased him. LaDrue retired from General Electric Corporation and was a farmer for many years.
