Age 86, of Bradford County Manor, Troy, PA died Thursday, June 3, 2004 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira.He was born November 4, 1917 at Coryland, PA, the son of the late Lynn A. and Virla (Varney) Kilgore.LaRue was a World War II Army veteran and was a truck driver for over 30 years for H. W. Taynton Co.He was a member of Coryland Baptist Church, Clarence Oliver American Legion Post #154 Elmira Heights, NY, the Corning Consistory, a former member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, and was on the Board of the Teamsters Union.He is survived by two daughters: Marilou and Gerald Fethers and Sandra L. and Merle Woodward, both of Gillett, PA; two sons, James and Carole Kilgore of Bluff Point, NY, and L.Kent and Sandy Kilgore of Middleport, NY; grandchildren, Brian Swain, Lynne Durfee, Beth Ann Snavley, Tad Kilgore, Elizabeth Starkweather, Scott Kilgore, Dale Simons, Roger Fethers, Jerry K. Fethers, David Fethers, and Linda Maiers; 20 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.He was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Joyce M. Kent; son, Dale B.
