Leo Supulski

January 6, 1949 — June 23, 2007

Age 58, was born January 6, 1949 in Sayre, PA the son of the late Joseph B. and Lucy Supulski passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at home with his loving companion and best friend, Amy Bellows at his side. His brothers, Joseph and Lawrence Supulski and sister, Anna Sweet also predeceased him. Leo is survived by his brother, Stanley Supulski of Elmira, NY; sister, Pauline South of Sayre, PA; along with several nieces, nephews and many many friends. He was father to none, but daddy to all. Leo was a Veteran of the US Army proudly serving his country from 1968 to 1974 and received the following commendations: honorable SP-4 Vietnam Veteran, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 1 Bronze Service Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal with 60 Device, Combat Infantryman Badge, and the Purple Heart. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY 14904 on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Funeral Services will follow the visitation. (3 PM) Interment will take place on Thursday, June 28, 2007 at the Woodlawn National Cemetery where the Chemung County Veterans Honor Squad will accord Mr. Supulski military honors.
