Leona A. DeHaas Age 84, of Pine City, NY passed away on Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was born June 22, 1932 in Roseville, PA, daughter of the late Ray A. and Leona D. (Hunt) Powers. Her son, Robert Kelly Lewis; brothers, Georgie Powers and Robert "Bobby" Powers; good friend, Jim Fluman also preceded her in death. She is survived by brothers, Donnie (Jackie) Powers and John Powers; sisters, Dretta Durgin and Maryann (Bob) Harrison; son, Ronald (Bonnie) Lewis; daughters, Joyce (Lewis) Pritchard, Linda Lewis and Brenda (Lewis) Stickler; grandchildren, Jerry Smith Jr., Dionna Pritchard, Kelly Pritchard, Nicole Pritchard, Ron Lewis Jr., Eric Lewis, Lisa (Lewis) Randall, Bruce Stickler Jr. and Jennifer Stickler; along with many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Leona enjoyed bowling, was an avid bingo player and was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira, NY on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. A Memorial Service will follow the visitation with Reverend Chip Possee to officiate.
