Age 78 of Elmira, NY passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2003 at Chemung County Nursing Facility. She is survived by her sister; Marie R. Eddy of Boston, a niece and a nephew. Leona was predeceased by her husband, Cecil W. Ferris and brother, George E. Brimmer. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Funeral and Committal Service on Saturday May 3, 2003 at 2:00 PM at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. The Reverand Howard Hunt will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira, NY. A Candle of Remembrance may be left for the family at www.olthof.com.
