Was born April 14, 1931 in Elmira, NY the daughter of the late Ralph and Gladys (Ryder) Foster passed away peacefully with family at her side on Monday, February 11, 2013 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center at the age of 81. Her beloved husband, Eldon Hughes along with her brothers, Owen and Gene "Steve" Foster preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving children, P. Jay Tuller of Vero Beach, FL; Fred Tuller of Morristown, Fl; Shelly (Allan) Watkins of Elmira, NY; David "Guy" Tuller of Elmira Heights, NY; Brian Tuller of Pennsylvania; Dawn (Bill) Lutz of Elmira, NY; William Hughes of Wisconsin; along with 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Other survivors include brother, Dean (Margie) Foster of Horseheads, NY; sister, Gloria Foster of Elmira, NY; along with several nieces and nephews. Maggie was employed at the following: Artistic Greeting Card Co., Mount Holly, NJ Sherriff's Department, the former A & P Plant, Eastern Metal and the Chemung County Nursing Facility. In 1963, she was the first woman crossing guard in Willingboro, NJ and was proud of that accomplishment. Maggie was alsoa member of the Order of the Eastern Star in New Jersey. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Funeral Services honoring her life will be held there on Saturday, February 16th at 11:00 AM. The Reverend Donald Knapp will celebrate Maggie's service. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Elmira, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude's Children Hospital or to the Arctic League.
