Levi "Bud" Rinebold

July 18, 1928 — September 30, 2010

Age 82, of Elmira, NY went to be with his Lord on Thursday, September 30, 2010 after a long hard battle with illness. He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Jeanne M. Rinebold, children; Celeste M. Vedder, Cheryl (Doug) Dalton and Patrick (Dawn) Dalton; 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brother; Martin (Judy) Rinebold, George (Bonnie) McCaslin, sister, Alice McNett, several nieces and nephews, boyhood friends, Harry Mott and Herb Smoother. He was predeceased by his brother, Carl Rinebold. Bud was a recipient of the Purple Heart and served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Family will receive friends at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira/Southport, on Monday, October 4, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with Funeral Service there Monday at 1:00 PM followed by a graveside service at Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira, NY.
