Age 98Of Elmira, NY passed away on Wednesday November 24, 2010She was born on February 27, 1912 in Gillett, PA the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Daisy (Andrus) Newell. Lillian is survived by her Nieces, Dawn DeVaul of Moravia, NY and Gloria Gerhardt of Syracuse, NY, also many cousins. Along with her parents Lillian was predeceased by her brothers, Clifford, Arthur, and Walter Newell.She was a retired Buyer for S.F. Iszards Department Store of Elmira with 29 years of service. Lillian was the Past Noble Grand of The Elmira Rebecca Lodge #423, member of the AARP both local and national. She enjoyed crochetingand making & dressing dolls for her family and friends.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport on Monday November 29, 2010 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM With Funeral and Committal Service there Monday at 2:00 PM.
