Lorraine F. Mcintosh

Age 77 ofLowman, NY passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. Lorraine was born on January 16, 1933 in Troy, PA, the daughter of the late Walter and Marion (Robinson) Reidy. She attended a one room school house in Berrytown, PA and graduated from Troy High School. Lorraine is survived by her husband of 59 years, Donald E. McIntosh; son, John (Diana) McIntosh, of Waneta Lake; daughter, Barbara (Fred) Roberts of Wellsburg, NY, Brenda (Jeff) Mase of Pine City, NY, Bonnie (Larry) Atlow of Defuniak Springs, FL, and son, Donald C. McIntosh of Lowman, NY, grandchildren; Pam (Ryan) Seaman, Stewart (Melissa) Sherman, Jason Roberts, Julie Roberts, Damiean , David Mase, Michael (Danielle) Mase, Terry (Carrie) Atlow and Travis Atlow. Also 10 great grandchildren, special cousin, Kathy Robinson, and several extended family members. Lorraine was predeceased by a sister, Francis Jane, brothers, Morris and Charles Reidy, grandson, Alan McIntosh, and beloved uncle Walter Robinson. She was a member and past president of the Grottoettes, Retired Manager of the Grotto Club. She enjoyed camping, was an excellent bowler, and enjoyed riding and being around horses. Lorraine got her greatest joy from being with her children and grandchildren.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira/Southport NY, on Saturday January 15, 2011 form 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with Funeral and Committal Service there Sunday at 1:00 PM. Lay Psastor John P. Knapp will officiate.
