Mabel R. Baldwin

Age 84 of Elmira, NY passed away Monday, December 1, 2003 in the Arnot Ogden Medical Center.She was born July 1, 1919 in Elmira, the daughter of Samuel and Nafie Batrowny Rahall.Mabel is survived by her loving children; sons, George (Nora) Sheely; Charles (Sherrie) Sheely; Samuel Sheely, all of Elmira, NY; daughters, Bertha (Dennis) Cunningham of Mainesburg, PA; Adele (David) Baer of Binghamton; brother, George (Ruth) Rahall of CA; sister-in-law, Betty Rahall of Elmira; special nephew, Fred (Kathy) Bomysoad of MD; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.The family will greet visitors on Friday, December 5, 2003 from 10 to 11 AM at Grace Episcopal Church, 375 W. Church St., Elmira, NY 14901.A Memorial Mass will follow at 11 AM with the Reverend Dr. Donald Matthews officiating.Flowers will be provided by the family, but those wishing may make memorial donations in Mabel?s name to Grace Episcopal Church.A ?Candle of Remembrance? may be left for the family in Obituaries at www.olthof.com.
