Was born August 24, 1929 in Troy, PA the daughter of the late Louis and Eliza (Woodworth) Decker passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility at the age of 80. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY on Thursday, December 3, 2009 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Funeral Services honoring her life will follow the visitation. (1 PM) Interment will take place in the Columbia Valley Cemetery in Austinville, PA.
