Marino J. Dichiara

Age 84, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2005 at Chemung County Nursing Facility.He was born in Frigento, Italy on February 19, 1921 to the late Pasquale and Maria (Capilati) DiChiara. Marino was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary In 1988. Surviving Marino are his children; Patsy & Patty DiChiara of Elmira, NY, Michael & Donna DiChiara of Clark Summit, PA, Marie & Chris Hamlin of Farmingdale, LI; grandchildren, Melody & Ginger DiChiara, Denise & Christine DiChiara, Stephen DiChiara; sister, Faye Trinchetella; several nieces and nephews.Marino was retired from Grumman Aircraft Corp. with over 30 years of dedicated service.He was a veteran of WWII proudly serving in the USArmy.He loved working in his yard and just being outside.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira, NY on Sunday, November 13, 2005 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with funeral and committal there at 8:00 PM.
