Marion Helena BuchananWas born November 22, 1929 in Elmira, NY the daughter of the late Edward and Julia (Zuris) Hart passed away at home surrounded by her family on Sunday August 9, 2015 at the age of 85. Her loving husband of 44 years: Ellitt Boyce Buchanan Sr. preceded her in death. Her children: Julia Coolbaugh, Marlene, Ellitt Jr., Joseph Michael and Cheryl Buchanan also predeceased her. She is survived by her beloved daughter: Dianne L. Lee of Horseheads, NY; grandchildren: Robert Coolbaugh Jr. of Hawaii, Lisa Kinner of Elmira; Michelle (Yasser) Lee-Amin of Horseheads and Shawn (Cheryl) Lee of Elmira, NY; along with 12 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews. Marion was an avid bowler and enjoyed line dancing. She loved gardening, animals, especially cats and dogs. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held there on Thursday, August 13th at 10:00 AM. Reverend John DeSocio will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery.
