Martin J. "Marty" MumfordFormerly of Syracuse, NYWas born October 12, 1952 in Syracuse, NY the son of the late Donald and Helen (Dibble) Mumford, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at his home. He is survived by his loving daughter: Sarah A. Mumford of Phoenix, AZ; long time companion: Amy Goodrich of Big Flats, NY; with her children: Kayla Goodrich and Kyle Goodrich; sister: Donna (Anderson) Wise of Watertown, NY; brother: Timothy Mumford of Camillus, NY; along with 2 beloved nieces, 2 beloved nephews, very special cousin: Jane Hillenbrand, several relatives and many friends. At his request services will be held privately at the convenience of his family. He will be missed by never forgotten. Martin will be remembered by his two favorite quotes: "Marty, Marty...one man party" and "You're only here for a short time, make it a good time!"
