Melonie Elleween Burdick

Melonie E. Burdick, age 51 of Millerton, PA passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at home with her husband by her side. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Naomi and Richard G. Campbell; and loving mother, Betty E. Taber. Melonie is survived by her husband of 30 years, Mark Burdick; children, Jolynn, Steven, Timothy and Samantha Burdick; father, Leo H. Taber Jr. ; sister, Naomi (Robin) Young; brothers, Gary, Danny and Leo III; grandchildren, Valla, Braeley and Sylis; several nieces and nephews. Melonie was a faithful employee for Shepherds Food Market for over 16 years. She loved nature and the outdoors. She often spent time at the creek in her favorite swimming hole. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. A calling hour will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 2 pm to 3 pm with a memorial service celebrating Melonie's life to follow at 3 pm at Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
