Milton "Stub" O. Austin

Milton “Stub” Austin passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 1st while listening to hymns and in the loving embrace of his niece. Stub was an example of how to live a simple life while sharing what little he had with anyone who needed it. He helped to shape many young men’s lives by teaching them the value of hard work. He is survived by his siblings, Lynwood, Carroll, Marilyn, Mary, Marcia and Barbara; many nieces, nephews and longtime friends. A graveside service will be held at the Gillett Cemetery on Friday, December 4th at 11 AM. Following graveside services, a fellowship celebrating his life will continue in the Fellowship Hall of the Gillett Baptist Church.
