Nancy Roblyer SwatsworthBorn April 13, 1948, went home to be with her Lord & Savior on February 19, 2009 after a 4 1/2 year battle with cancer.She is survived by husband of 41 years, William Furey Swatsworth of Snedeckerville, PA; daughter Susan Swatsworth of Columbia, SC; son Captain Wade Swatsworth and wife Laura, grandsons RJ & Cooper; of Watertown, NY and granddaughter Sydney Swatsworth of Edinburg, TX; son Ryan Swatsworth and Milissa Augustine of Williamsport, PA; parents Scott & Janet Roblyer of Brooksville, FL; brothers Ron (Marcia) Roblyer of Austinville, PA; Tim Roblyer of Coryland, PA; Sheldon (Karen) Roblyer of East Lindley, NY; sisters LeVon (Jim)Ketter of Mosherville, PA; Denise (Jim) Morrell of Coral Springs, FL; sister-in-law Sharon(Jim) Furey Lowie of Friendswood, TX; brother-in-law Jim(Marcia)Furey of Fairport, NY; and many beloved nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.Pre-deceased by her mother Elsie McWhorter Roblyer, mother and father-in-law Stanley and Dorothy Swatsworth, and sister-in-law Pat Furey (Esther Russell).She was a 1966 graduate of Troy High School where she played in the band.She worked at the Strawberry Patch Calico Shop for 9 years before opening her own quilt shop, the Weathervane Quilt Shop in Canton, PA.She remained active in the quilting community.Besides caring for her family and working, she was active in serving her Lord while a member of the Mosherville Bible Church in choir, and working with the children teaching Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Christian Warriors, Patch the Pirate, Junior Church and Release Time Classes.Calling hours will be held at OlthofFuneral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, on Sunday February 22, 2009 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm with Funeral Service at Mosherville Bible Church Monday February 23, at 1:00 pm.Donations can be made to Mosherville Bible Church or the American Cancer Society."Leave A Loving Legacy"an Olthof service
