Norman R. Duclos

DUCLOS, Norman R. (Duke)Of Wellsburg, NYPassed away at the Robert Packard Hospital, Sayre, PA on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at the age of 86. Born in Fall River, MA. Duke was the son of the late Edmund and Margaret (Caulfield) Duclos. Besides his parents, Norman was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by daughter, Terry McCormick of Endicott, NY; son Gary Duclos of Johnson City, TN, daughter Jacquelyn (Fred) Fietkiewicz of Cicero, NY; son, Michael (Linda) Duclos of Oviedo, Fl; grandchildren, Todd, Tracey, Ryan and Carley; one great granddaughter Trinity Duclos. Norman was a compassionate man and a proud Army Air Force Veteran having served in World War II. He was a retired mail carrier for the US Postal Service in Elmira, a past communicant of St. Josephs Church in Elmira and was an avid poker player.A private service will be held at a later date in Woodlawn National Cemetery at the familys request. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY.
