Congdon, Patricia A.Pine City, NY: Was born October 10, 1943 in Elmira, the daughter of Burdette and Shirley (Dibble) Hall passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility at the age of 70. She was preceded in death by her father, Burdette. She is survived by her mother, Shirley; loving husband of 50 years, Arthur Congdon Jr., whom she was united in marriage with on November 2, 1963 in the Webb Mills United Methodist Church; beloved children: daughter, Karen Congdon Carrigan, son, Duane (Krista) Congdon; grandchildren, Michelle Congdon, Carley Congdon, Venessa Learned, Zachery Stirrup and Cassie Stirrup; great grandson, Bentley Learned; sisters, Kitty (Jack) Connelly, Bonnie (Dale) Balmer and Chris (John) Mills; brothers, Ted (Stephanie) Hall, Bill (Valerie) Hall, Lynn (Loretta) Hall; mother-in-law, Ruth Congdon; sister-in-laws, Lorraine DeMark, Evelyn Putney, Carolyn (Don) Lewis; brother-in-law, Robert (Rose) Congdon; along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. At her request there will be not prior calling hours. Services will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
