Patricia M. Jenkins

Was born March 17, 1946 in Oneida, NY the daughter of the late George and Rachael (Tanner) Robinson, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the Corning Hospital at the age of 67. Her brothers, Richard and Billy Robinson also preceded her in death. On August 19, 1968, Patricia married Richard Jenkins, who she met over the phone. A true love story that has been ongoing for 45 years. She is also survived by her beloved children, Lester (Joannie) Jenkins of Virginia; Robert Jenkins of Elmira, NY; Paul (Katrina) Jenkins also of Elmira; Dawn Kelly of Pine City, NY; 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, sister, Georgia Snyder of Tennessee; brothers, George (Flo) Robinson of Oneida, NY; Burt (Dewie) Robinson of Florida; David (Diane) Robinson of Sylvan Beach, NY; along with several nieces and nephews. Patricia owned and operated the former Jenkins Disposal of Pine City for many years. She enjoyed square dancing, tractor shows and going to flea markets and auctions with her beloved Richard. Throughout her life, she has cherished her friendships simply because of being a people person.
