Patsy M. Congdon Patsy M. (Stickler) Congdonof Pine City, NY passed away very unexpectedly on Monday March 24, 2014 at Corning Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Dean Earl Congdon in 2011 and Daughter Denise Congdon, 1989.She is survived by her son; Scott Congdon; grandchildren, Sarah, Isaac and Logan; brother and sister in-law, Steve and Mary Jane Stickler; sisters in-law, Phyllis (Kenneth) Hill, and Janet Robbins, also several nieces and nephews.She was an active member of Caton United Methodist Church.Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY on Saturday March 29, 2014 From 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Funeral and Committal Service there at 8:00 PM, Graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Elmwood Cemetery, Caton, NY.Those wishing may make memorials to the American Cancer Society.Arrangements have been entrusted to the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc.
