Paul M. Brown

longtime resident of Pine City, NY, passed away on February 12, 2014 at the age of 86.He was born on May 13,1927 in Elmira, NY.Predeceased by his parents C A Brown and Esther Fields and twin Brother PFC A. Robert Brown.Paul married his wife Ruth on November 23,1943 - 70 years together.He is survived by his wife Ruth and brother Roy and Christine Brown of Ocala Fla., children Douglas and Cathy Brown of Zephyrhills,Fla., Barbara and Dick Clark of Garland, Tx., Paula and Dick "Woody" Beechey of Pine City, NY.,Robert and Wanda Brown of Princeton, Tx., Sherrie and Jim Johnson of Princeton Tx., Tim and Kristen Brown of Trout Run Pa., eight grandchildren , eight greatgrandchildren and many nieces and nephews.Paul was a past Chief, Commissioner and Director of the Pine City Fire Department. Paul was an active member of the Pine City Fire Department for 70 years. He was always ready to help with all functions of the Fire Department.Paul worked many years as a mechanic and plant operator with Dalrymple and Reinhart Sand and Gravel companies.The family is very appreciative of all the care Paul received from Dr. Roberto Mauri, his staff and Care First.Family and friends are invited to a gathering to remember Paul's life at the Pine City Fire Department on Sunday February 16, 2014 from 1:OOPM to 3:OOPM. A Firemen's Service will be held at 3:OOPM followed by a memorial service.
